Which one is setup in the year of 2000 Bleaching & Printing till date. The factory is having total land area of 50 acres and the factory bulit area is layered for 1,00,000 Sq.ft approximately.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

BLEACHING

Our specialty in bleaching is maintaining the whiteness of the fabric as 145` which is calibrated in color i Gretagmacbeth equipment. The fabric is processed in Erbatech Continuous Bleaching Range machine one of the best machinery in textile field which is imported from Germany. We have composite package wiz Singeing, Mercerizing, Bleaching and Bio-Wash. Also we are specialist in Dhoti & Shirt processing

DYEING

Our major roll in dyeing are reactive dyeing, vat dyeing & pigment dyeing by using padding for cotton and their blends. We are using only AZO free dyes lead in accessible substrate material etc., as per export trading norms.

PRINTING

We are undertake all types of printing activities in export and domestic lungies up to 12 colours in out state of art machines. We have maintained the colour sharpness, clarity, fixation and feather touch softness as per buyer’s standards. In specifically we carry out reactive print with resist pattern and pigment colours in rotary machines.
